Prospect Co. is a branding and strategic communications agency working with nonprofits, schools, and small businesses to drive greater impact and reach.

I work with small to mid-size nonprofits, independent schools and school districts, and small businesses that are understaffed, at an inflection point, or both, doing important work but struggling to increase visibility, raise money, or gain traction. My process starts with the people your organization or business exists to serve—I learn who they are, how they think, and what matters most to them. Everything else builds from there.

THE PROSPECT PROCESS

Every engagement starts with listening. I listen to the people who know the mission best and live it every day, the people the organization exists to serve, and those whose support makes that work possible. I ask questions and push deeper, gathering perspectives from every angle to understand the full scope of challenges and needs. What I uncover becomes the foundation for the strategy, and the strategy becomes the foundation for the creative. Every decision traces back to real people's stories and experiences.

CASE STUDY

RUSH Sim Center

The RUSH Center for Clinical Skills & Simulation delivers advanced, simulation-based training for interprofessional healthcare teams and practitioners across disciplines and experience levels. Despite its exceptional offering - state-of-the-art facilities, expert faculty, and strong outcomes - its visibility did not match its impact. We were brought in to articulate a compelling, differentiated position, translate complex technical excellence into accessible, persuasive messaging, and develop high-impact assets that could scale both visibility and credibility.
